To enhance & perserve the beauty of these gourds, they have been protected with a clear varnish and may be lightly dusted with a soft cloth. These gourds should be displayed out of direct sunlight to keep the rich color of the leather dyes.  The gourds on my website may have been sold, but if you are interested in any you see, pleaseecontact me.

Large golden gourd. The top is torched. The rock art is painted with leather dye and acrylic paint. Adourned with turquoise donut and leather.

Coso Range

Golden gourd with many goats wood burned around the gourd. The top is woven with Torrey Pine needles. A cooper sun adds a little punch to the design. The rich brown leather dye is used to color the goats and the ground.
