The Elk is leather dye and turquoise inlay. The oval is encirlced with heshi. Medium brown leather dye covers this gourd.
Two Elk
This large gourd is covereed in medium brown leather dye. The top is woven with black horse hair and the elk are pyroengraved. Turquoise inlay adourns one of the elk.

To enhance & perserve the beauty of these gourds, they have been protected with a clear varnish and may be lightly dusted with a soft cloth. These gourds should be displayed out of direct sunlight to keep the rich color of the leather dyes.
