“Hammered Copper Shards”Create striking copper shards that will certainly add the “wow-factor” to your gourd art! Learn to anneal, emboss, hammer and heat copper and copper mesh to create a beautiful rainbow of colors.

“Fancy Shawl Dancer”A fun design!

Materials Supplied: Written tutorial, acrylic paints and "fringe".
Required Materials: A clean gourd— the opening should be approx. 3” across, dust mask, a wood burner. A mini jig saw (if you have one)
“Gourd Paper Doll”Make a doll with paper made with "Gourd Guts".

Required Materials: A clean piece of a gourd— should be approx. 5”-6" across x 8"-9" tall.
“Carved Spirit Bear”A simple design packed full of techniques. Carving, patinas, metal and pine needle weaving. Woodburning, carving, cabochon inlay.

“Maiden”Carve and learn how to carve and inlay heish.

Required Materials: Woodburner, a power rotary tool (dremel or other brand) and any carving burs you might have. Burrs will be available to purchase. A good quality dust mask.
"Tepee" Learn how to carve and create a "Tepee Camp". You will also learn how to work with silver plated cones and feathers. Torching will not be taught in this class.

"Carved Turtle" Learn how to carve, inlay a cabachon, work with patinas and weave Torrey Pine Needles.

Learn how to clean and dye your gourd with TransTint Dyes. Also, you will weave cording or pine needles around the top.
